Jeff Estes, Founder                                                              

A successful, independent SAP consultant for over 16 years, Jeff started his SAP career with SAP America. Prior to that, he was the developer and administrator for The Natural Sciences at the University of California at San Diego, where he also graduated with a degree in Cognitive Science, focusing in Artificial Intelligence.

With a wide range of professional skills, he has performed in a variety of roles and implementations across the world. SAP is a passion for Jeff. Just ask some of his clients, like IBM Global Finance, Callaway Golf and Tremco.

Jeff grew up in California but more recently lived in New York, and now calls Florida home.

Melissa Katzman-Estes, Co-Founder

A noted HR consultant and staffing expert, Melissa brings over 20 years of organization planning and recruitment consulting to Budget-SAP.com. She has advised organizations such as The Mayo Foundation, Newscorp, and Deloitte Consulting on technical staffing issues. She has a BS in Business Administration from Pace University and has oversight responsibility for operations, marketing, and administration.
